An annual visual inspection is performed annually when the inventory of the oil stored on the campus of Tusculum University by the Campus Safety Office. The report that is used for this annual report can be found in Appendix C; the annual report is to be completed in July of each year and is to be submitted to the EPA Coordinator.
OIL DISCHARGE RECORDS
Tusculum maintains a record of all oil discharges on campus as well as a record of all authorizes notified and measures taken in the event of a discharge on the campus.
