The Office of Academic Affairs is responsible for establishing the overall directions for the college’s academic programs in cooperation with members of the College Council.
The Office of Academic Affairs staff consists of Dr. Jason Pierce, Vice President of Academic Affairs, Dr. Lisa Johnson, Associate Vice President for Student Success, Dr. Jo Lobertini, Assistant Vice President for Graduate and Professional Studies and Dee Roby, Executive Assistant to the Vice President of Academic Affairs & Faculty Secretary.

The office of Academic Affairs is responsible for the academic integrity of the institution, for all programs and administrative offices related to the academic enterprise, and — in consultation with faculty, officers, and trustees — for long-range academic strategic planning, resource allocation and the implementation of new academic programs.
The college’s academic programs are divided into four Schools: the School of Arts & Sciences, the School of Business and Technology, the School of Nursing and Health Sciences, and the School of Education, each of which contains a number of academic departments and programs.
