The ongoing, systematic, and recurring nature of the institutional effectiveness process at Tusculum is reflected in the Annual Institutional Effectiveness Cycle for educational programs figure below. The entire cycle occurs over the span of a full academic year.
Department chairs and/or program coordinators are responsible for completing Annual Institutional Effectiveness Reports (Full-Year), which are due by July 31 of each year. At that time, chairs and coordinators also submit a plan for the upcoming institutional effectiveness cycle. Mid-Year Reports are due each January 31 and record assessment activities and data collected during the first half of the institutional effectiveness cycle (fall semester).
