Upward Bound (UB) and Upward Bound Math & Science (UBMS) are federal-funded TRIO Programs funded by the U.S. Department of Education. UB and UBMS are retention and graduation programs designed to ensure high school completion and promote secondary enrollment. UB and UBMS offer a unique summer enrichment program to achieve program objectives. Students complete five weeks of rigorous courses to extend learning through dynamic instruction while living on Tusculum University’s campus.
