The Art and Design program is structured to prepare students for various careers in the very wide field of art.
There are three areas of concentrated study within the Art and Design program.
-
- Museum Studies Concentration
- Studio Art Concentration
- Visual Communication Design Concentration
This structure is designed so that students receive more concentrated training in their specific area of interest within the broad field of art. During their four years at Tusculum University, students in the Art and Design program build a strong base of knowledge necessary for work in their chosen area or for graduate school.
In addition to the three major areas of concentrated study, the Art and Design program offers Studio Art and Visual Communication Design minors designed to complement and enhance a Tusculum student’s education within his or her chosen major field of study.
