Tusculum University Upward Bound and Upward Bound Math & Science participates in a Summer Food Program funded through the USDA. It allows UB/UBMS to be reimbursed for certain meals during our summer program. The USDA requires all participants to sign a non-discrimination statement in order to participate in the Summer Food Program.
