Attention College Students:
Tusculum University Upward Bound Math and Science seeks caring, open-minded, hardworking, and flexible applicants for summer 2020 Residential Staff positions. Tusculum University Upward Bound Math and Science is an intensive college preparatory program funded by the U.S. Department of Education, designed to encourage college entry and completion in a math, science or related field. The program is for area low-income high school students whose parents do not have a four-year degree and who plan on pursuing a degree in math or science or a related field.
Interested applicants should have at least a 2.5 GPA and must have completed their sophomore year of college by the time of employment. They must also be currently majoring or have a degree in math, science or a related field. Successful applicants must be willing to work with students from a variety of backgrounds and demonstrate a strong desire to serve as positive role- models to our students.
The positions will begin on May 18, 2020 and end on or around July 4th, 2020.
