An annual visual inspection is performed annually when the inventory of the oil stored on the campus of Tusculum University by the Campus Safety Office.\u00a0 The report that is used for this annual report can be found in Appendix C; the annual report is to be completed in July of each year and is to be submitted to the EPA Coordinator.<\/p>\n

OIL DISCHARGE RECORDS<\/h3>\n
