With each new fall brings a new semester of excitement across our campus. To our returning students, welcome back! To our new students, welcome home! I am excited to get to know each of you – and I challenge you to make as many new friends as possible. Building your own network of community and support is a key to success in college.
To our returning faculty and staff, thank you for making the state’s first institution of higher learning such a special place. Because of the work of each of you our students are ensured success.
To our new faculty and staff, I am eager to get to know you, too, as you work to make our University a first-choice destination.
I encourage each of you to stop at least once a day while walking on campus and take in the blessing that God has entrusted us with. Our campus is our home and together we form the TU family.
