Dear Vendor,

Here at Tusculum University, we take pride in the communities in which we live and our dedicated friends, alumni, and donors. Our actions have always been and will continue to be, guided by the commitment we have to our community, students, donors, alumni, friends, faculty and staff. Given the rapid changes and unprecedented circumstances around the COVID-19, we have made the decision to POSTPONE the OLD OAK FESTIVAL TO AUGUST 28-30, 2020. As we know firsthand the severity of this virus, we will continue to do our part in helping slow the advancement of this virus by social distancing, which has been highly encouraged by the CDC.

We are hoping for a beautiful weekend for our festival! We have planned our usual events: live musical entertainment, food, artisans, crafters, and much more. One addition, there will be a car show on August 29th located in front of Katherine Hall. A chapel service will be held on campus at 10:00 a.m. on Sunday, August 30th, by Shiloh Cumberland Presbyterian Church.

You should have already received a registration application along with the vendor letter. If you do not have this information or may have misplaced it, you can find the registration form along with a way to pay for the non-refundable registration fee at The deadline to reserve booth space is AUGUST 14TH. We require a $25.00 non-refundable registration fee to reserve EACH booth space. If you would like to have a space, we ask that you please fill out the registration form and send a check made payable to Tusculum University PO Box 5040, Greeneville, TN 37745. No booth spaces will be reserved without payment. Inside booths will be assigned on a first come/first serve basis. Please note, the inside location may change from the Pioneer Arena to the Pioneer Gym now that we are moving the festival to August. This is due to sports related events already been set by the SAC-NCAA.

In addition to the $25.00 non-refundable registration fee, vendors will still be required to pay the standard Old Oak percentage of sales at the conclusion of the festival (10% of sales (outside booth) or 15% of sales (inside booth)). These proceeds enable us to keep the festival going year to year. All monies owed to Tusculum University must be paid by 5 pm on Sunday, August 30, 2020. We do extensive advertising and promotion for our festival. Please be committed to participate in all scheduled vending hours and days (Friday-12:00 to 8:00, Saturday 10:00 to 8:00, Sunday 10:00 to 5:00). We cannot guarantee nice weather, so please come prepared and ready to see it through. You are welcome to set up on Friday morning starting at 8:30 am.

We pray that you and your family stay safe and healthy.
