Dr. Hollie Pellosmaa is a first-generation college graduate and earned her Ph.D. in Experimental Psychology with a concentration in Neuroscience/Health Psychology. Additionally, Dr. Pellosmaa earned master’s degrees in Neuroscience/Health Psychology and Human Services with a concentration in Rehabilitation Counseling. Dr. Pellosmaa’s research currently explores the intersection between health behaviors, negative/positive affect, and health outcomes. She and her husband have two sons and have made East Tennessee their home, though she enjoys traveling any opportunity that she gets.
