Transcript Request Procedure
Official transcripts will be provided at no charge and only after all accounts have been satisfactorily settled with the University.
Transcripts will be furnished upon written authorization from the student. Students may complete the Transcript Request Form or submit a written request. Information in the written request must include:
- full name (all last names that may have been used while attending Tusculum)
- student ID or last 4 digits of your social security number
- date of birth
- estimated dates of attendance at Tusculum
- number of transcript copies needed (5 copies max)
- complete mailing address of where the transcript should be mailed
- student signature

Transcript Processing Procedure
Transcripts are usually processed within 1-2 business days of receipt of the request. During the months of May, August, and December, requests may take up to 5 business days to be processed. Once processed, mail delivery typically takes 3-5 business days.
Official transcripts are not issued via e-mail or fax. Official transcripts may be picked up in the Registrar’s Office or sent by mail. Unofficial transcripts may be e-mailed upon student written request.
We are unable to accept phone requests. All transcript requests must contain a written student signature.
