Lanna Monday, an assistant professor of the VISCOM division, brings 13 years of higher education experience plus more than a decade of industry television and media experience to Tusculum University.
A tremendous supporter of liberal arts colleges, she has been a member of the Council of Public Liberal Arts Colleges Communications Committee, the Council for Advancement and Support of Education and the Virginia College Communicators Association.
She is a Certified Master Reviewer Chair for Quality Matters, an online teaching best practices organization and maintains an Online Mastery Certification from the Online Learning Consortium (Formerly Sloan-C). Monday holds a master’s degree in interactive communications from Quinnipiac University and two Bachelor of Science degrees in communication and political science and a minor in marketing.
